Struktur triterpenoid dan steroid

This study aims to determine the growth and yield of two lettuce cultivars (Lactuca sativa, L.) in aquaparkika on gouramy pond and tilapia pond. This research was conducted from April to June 2012 in fishery pond of Faculty of Agriculture UGM. The experimental design used was Nested Design with two factors. The first factor is the pool of gouramy pond and tilapia pond. The second factor is lettuce ie red lettuce and green lettuce. The lettuce factor is nested in the pond. Crop observation variables include plant height, stem diameter, leaf number, leaf area, leaf greenness, leaf chlorophyll content, fresh crown weight, fresh root weight, dry weight canopy, and root dry weight. The results show that green lettuce height is higher than red lettuce. The diameter of the lettuce stems grown in the tilapia pool is larger than the gouramy pond. The green of red lettuce is higher than the green lettuce. The growth rate of lettuce plants grown in indigo ponds is faster than pond gouramy. The growth rate of red lettuce plants is faster than the green lettuce. Leaf number, leaf area, chlorophyll content, leaf area ratio, fresh root weight, fresh crown weight, relative growth rate, net assimilation rate, dry root weight, crown dry weight, moisture content, and yield weight per lettuce plant are the same at each treatment. Based on the results of observation and discussion can be concluded that red lettuce and green lettuce can be planted in gouramy pond and tilapia pond with result which still not optimal.
